At 3Elephants Bath Bar, each product is handcrafted in small batches with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our personal care products and our commitment to hygiene and product integrity, all sales are final.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please get in touch with us at contact@3ebb.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement, refund, or gift card, when appropriate.

If your refund is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

We recommend purchasing a sample bar if you are unsure about a fragrance.

Fragrance is deeply personal, and we encourage trying a sample before committing. As such, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you received a 3Elephants product as a gift and are unsatisfied, either:

• The original purchaser may contact us with proof of purchase within 7 days to initiate a replacement or store credit/gift card; or
   
• You may return the unused, unopened, undamaged item with the original packing slip or receipt, provided it meets our return policy conditions. A gift card will be issued for the total cost.
   

• For approved returns or replacements, return shipping is FREE.
   
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
   

We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the claim does not meet our policy conditions.
