Return and Refund Policy

At 3Elephants Bath Bar, each product is handcrafted in small batches with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our personal care products and our commitment to hygiene and product integrity, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at contact@3ebb.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or gift card when appropriate.

Fragrance is a personal experience. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products due to scent preference.

If a product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, it may be eligible for store credit, gift card, or exchange if returned within 7 days of delivery. Approval is at our discretion.

Please Note:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend purchasing a sample bar if you are unsure about a scent.

If you received a 3Elephants product as a gift and are unsatisfied, either:

The original purchaser may contact us with proof of purchase within 7 days to initiate a replacement or store credit/gift card; or

You may return the unused, unopened, undamaged item with the original packing slip or receipt, provided it meets our return policy conditions.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the claim does not meet our policy conditions.
